About the Role n

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join a well-established, growing national organisation.

n

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance across a complex, operationally focused business. Partnering closely with Operations and other key stakeholders, you will translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights that improve profitability and support better decision‑making.

This is a hands‑on commercial finance role offering a solid mix of business partnering, financial modelling, forecasting and process improvement. You will also have the opportunity to enhance reporting capabilities through Power BI, Excel and other analytical tools.

Duties n

Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and identify commercial opportunities
n
Analyse revenue, costs and profitability across a national branch network
n




Develop financial models and business cases to support operational and strategic decisions
n
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying key risks and opportunities
n
Deliver insightful weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis
n
Evaluate commercial initiatives, track advantages and assess financial outcomes
n
Analyse commission structures and provide recommendations to improve performance
n
Review commercial agreements and assess financial implications and risks
n
Drive improvements in reporting, automation and financial processes
n

Skills and Experience nn
6+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A; or a similar analytical role
n
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, preferred
n
