Job Description
Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Kiama 135-bed Blue Haven facility.
Casual or part time shifts reflect flexible rostering while delivering quality clinical care in a welcoming setting.
You will conduct assessments, develop and update person-centred care plans, maintain comprehensive documentation, and supervise Personal Care Workers.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential.
