Job Description
Healthcare Australia is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care.
You'll build trust, provide trauma-informed care, and help with daily living, transportation and safety.
Rosters are set in advance for stability; emergency and ad hoc shifts are available weekly.
You'll work with a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic support and health reporting.
