Experience working as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
Robust coffee knowledge and excellent barista skills
Ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive, friendly and professional attitude
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work well under pressure
A strong team-focused approach
Interest in long-term employment and career progression
Leadership or supervisory experience would be highly regarded
