Job Description
Everyday Independence Moorabbin is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants.
You will work across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres to support goals and maximise NDIS funding.
You will develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, conduct FBAs, build relationships with participants and their supports, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
