Job Description

Mars Campers in Caboolture seeks a high-impact sales leader to own the site’s monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit targets. You’ll lead the floor, pipeline, and the team, while personally carrying a bag and closing key deals.

You will coach for accountability, manage showroom and CRM-driven follow-ups, and own the metrics—conversion, volume, and response times—driving growth for the Australian flagship site.
