Support Worker – Medication Administration

Care Tribe Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Support Worker to provide support to a client in Wallan, Victoria.

Requirements:
Relevant disability/aged care experience
Appropriate qualification and experience in medication administration
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check, where applicable
First Aid & CPR certification
Robust communication and reliability
Ability to follow medication procedures and support plans
Previous experience supporting clients with medication needs is highly regarded

What we’re looking for: A compassionate, reliable and qualified support worker who can provide consistent, person-centred support and ensure the client’s medication needs are managed safely and appropriately.
