The Prospect

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide personalised care and support to a clients in Werribee and West Melbourne, VIC. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, respectful, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and ensure the client’s wellbeing and safety
Assist with domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and general household tasks
Offer social support, including accompanying the client to appointments or shopping
Provide physical, emotional and social support
Be able to perform your duties with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and compassion
Ensure all services are delivered to a high standard and in accordance with Pearl Home Care’s core values
Any duties directed by Management

About You:




Previous experience in aged care, or a similar role preferred
Patient, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
Valuable communication and organisational skills
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
Relevant checks (e.g., NDIS Check, First Aid, CPR) or willingness to obtain
