Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand to lead the on-site team at our Tamarama residential project.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and ensuring seamless delivery of this build.
Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise trade teams in office, ensuring productivity and quality standards
Coordinate scheduling and sequencing across multiple trades
Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain compliance with WHS requirements
Quality inspect work against specifications and contract requirements
Liaise with PPC management on progress, variations, and site issues
Manage day labour and subcontractor coordination
Maintain site records, timesheet approval,



and documentation
Report on progress and flag risks or delays promptly
About you
Minimum 5+ years construction experience in high-end residential building
Proven leadership experience on complex residential projects
Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Current White Card (or equivalent), drivers licence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proactive approach to quality and safety
