Clough Limited, part of a joint venture with Saipem, is recruiting a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) on a short-term contract to support the CERES urea project in Perth.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for skilled and semi-skilled labour across multiple construction sites, collaborating with site managers and HR partners to forecast manpower needs.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2+ years in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, and familiarity with SAP
