Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, qualified and motivated medical receptionist for full time or part time employment, min 3 days per week, to join our supportive and dynamic team in a high-end private facility in East Melbourne.

n

You will be assisting our breast and oncology specialists providing exceptional care to our patients in a warm and professional environment.

n

Familiar with Gentu an advantage. Must be a team player and preferably have experience in a private setting. Be available to work Monday-Friday to cover staff leave.

n

You will be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our patients. Must be well presented and well spoken, with a very calm and proficient attitude.

n

Key responsibilities include greet and assist patients, manage incoming phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, invoice & process Medicare claims, prepare & maintain patient records and correspondence.
