About The Role In this crucial role, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the Hire Warehouse team, ensuring hire equipment is processed safely, efficiently and to the required quality and service standards.

Role Title: Supervisor - Hire

Location: Moorebank, Recent South Wales, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Distribution Centre Manager - Sydney

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in Supervisor role in warehousing and operations in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
History of compliance with safety regulations and hazard management in a warehouse setting
Forklift Licence essential

Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise daily Hire Warehouse activities, including cleaning, receipt, putaway, maintenance, quality assurance, test & tag and dispatch.
Coordinate workload and team activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
Manage hire orders and associated administration.
Maintain effective inventory control and stock accuracy.




Ensure equipment is dispatched on time, in full and to required quality/specification.
Maintain safe work practices and compliance with warehouse and safety procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Outbound Manager.
