Please visit our website: Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Development to strengthen our Infrastructure team in Sydney.
Your main responsibilities will be:Project development – identifying scope of works / project requirements based on client needs including business case development and securing project fundingStakeholder coordination – identification of stakeholders, liaison with all parties to capture all relevant issues, inputs and restrictions that may affect project outcomes.
Procurement Coordination - including contract drafting, tender preparations and management, bid analysis and contract awards for consultants and contractorsApprovals & Planning – Working with the wider project team to obtain the necessary approvalsContract Management - Ensuring compliance with contract terms in delivery of the works for consultants and contractors, processing of payments, managing change.




Construction management – Control of the construction site management for the safe and compliant delivery of works in conjunction with consultants and safety advisorsRisk and issues management – Ensuring early identification of project risks and applying carefully considered mitigations to minimise occurrence of issuesQuality management – Through coordination of all parties to ensure adherence to expected quality for both the design and construction of the projectCost and time management – Planning & forecasting project spend and delivery milestonesQualificationsMinimum 10 years' experienceExperience working in building construction idealAwareness of Australian building standards / codesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of delivery from design through to project close-outDemonstrated experience managing multi-functional projects both financially and leading a team of project managersExperience working in a dynamic, rapid-paced customer centric organisationExperience in the development and delivery of projects in existing operational environmentsExperience across a broad spectrum of disciplines (one or multiple):AviationWaterTransportEnergy (Transmission and Renewable)Civil infrastructure (earthworks and utilities)Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
