Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Studio Manager of Recovery Club, you will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers while overseeing all aspects of studio operations. Your role includes, but is not limited to:
Elevating Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service. Inspire and motivate the team to consistently exceed guest expectations, address and resolve customer queries, and handle complex issues as the first point of escalation.
Maintaining Studio Excellence: Ensure the studio meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Oversee the execution of daily cleaning routines and delegate tasks to staff, ensuring that all duties are performed to our rigorous standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and support the team, acting as the first point of contact for staff concerns and overseeing employee scheduling. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective rostering to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Achieving KPIs: Drive the studio’s performance by meeting and exceeding personal and studio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue. Focus on lead generation, client conversion, and conduct weekly sales calls to boost performance.
Sales and Marketing:



Develop and implement monthly sales campaigns to achieve studio sales targets. Work closely with the team to ensure they are aligned with sales goals and provide guidance to meet these targets consistently.
Team Development: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. Conduct comprehensive inductions, facilitate ongoing product knowledge training, and implement performance management strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
Inventory Management: Efficiently manage studio stock and inventory. Implement control procedures to optimize inventory levels, collaborate with vendors for timely replenishment, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with local community stakeholders to foster partnerships and enhance the club’s presence in the local area. Develop initiatives to integrate the studio into the community and attract recent clients.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
