Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) in Shepparton, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Executive Director on a full time, fixed-term basis for five years. This leadership role combines organisational and artistic oversight, reporting to the Board with a dual executive model alongside an Artistic Director.

The position focuses on governance, financial sustainability, fundraising and strategic partnerships to strengthen SAM's regional impact and cultural leadership.
