Job Title: Studio Assistant

Location: Brent Street (Entertainment Qt, Moore Park)

Employment Type: 3-month contract, with the potential to move into a permanent full-time role.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, reliable and hands-on Studio Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our creative studio. This is a wide-ranging, physically demanding role that combines studio operations, event support and personal assistant duties. You'll help keep our spaces, props and equipment in top shape and make sure our events run smoothly from set-up to pack-down.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations
Pack, load, unload and unpack equipment and supplies for in office and off-site events and productions
Drive the studio truck to and from events and storage locations
Maintain the studio's prop inventory, including tracking all items coming in and going out
Paint, touch up, repair and prepare props for performances, shoots and events
Carry out basic handyman tasks around the studio, such as minor repairs, assembly, installation and general maintenance
Keep studio spaces clean, functional and well organised for daily use and special events

Event Support
Assist at studio events,



including evenings and weekends as required
Provide hands-on support with event set-up, logistics and pack-down

Personal Assistant Duties
Run personal errands and handle ad hoc tasks for the leadership team
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, communications to external stakeholders

About You
Experience in events, studio environments or PA work
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced setting, moves with urgency and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Solid administrative skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Basic handyman skills and confidence using common hand and power tools
Physically fit and comfortable with demanding manual work, including regular lifting, carrying, moving props and loading trucks
Creative and practical, able to paint and repair props as needed
Flexible and available to work outside standard hours when required, such as weekends
Proactive and solution-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
Current, valid driver's licence
Minimum age of 21, to operate the studio truck
Confident driving and manoeuvring a truck
