About the Student Placement Talent Pool

This record represents Sacred Heart Mission’s internal Student Placement Talent Pool. It centrally stores information about students who have interviewed for, or completed, a placement with us and have provided consent for their details to be retained for future employment consideration.

This is not an advertised role and students do not apply to this directly. Instead, it enables managers to access a pre-qualified pool of emerging specialists who have already demonstrated alignment with Sacred Heart Mission’s values and standards.

What this gives Managers Access to

Managers can access
Structured interview notes and behavioural assessments
Placement supervisor feedback
CV and study background
Observed strengths and development areas
Insights into learning style, supervision needs and readiness for work

This information is intended to support more confident shortlisting and more focused, evidence-informed interview conversations.

How this Talent Pool is Intended to Be Used

Managers are encouraged to
Review the Student Talent Pool when a vacancy arises
Identify potential candidates aligned to the role and team context
Use the available insights to inform shortlisting and interview focus

Candidates sourced through this pool must still:




Apply for the specific advertised role
Participate in interviews
Complete reference checks and all mandatory employment checks

The Talent Pool strengthens - but does not replace - standard recruitment processes.

Students included in this pool have:
Successfully interviewed for or completed a placement with Sacred Heart Mission
Been assessed using a structured, values-aligned interview and feedback process
Provided consent for their information to be stored for future employment consideration
