About the role:

Customer Service Representative role is to provide support to customers by assist them in processing orders, quoting & looking up machine parts.

n
n

This role requires a high level of customer service and a mechanical mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.

n

Customer Service Representative is responsible:

n
n

Timely communication with technicians & customers on estimated delivery times.

n
n





Supports the Sales & Business Development Managers in processing sales of parts

n
n

Using internal systems to look up spare parts and processing the sale.

n
n

Provide strong customer relationship support

n
n

About You

n
n

Previous experience in a similar role in a medium to large business.

n
n

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal,

n
n

Excellent attention to detail

n
n

Organisational skills

n
n
