About The Company:

We are a light gauge steel and structural steel manufacturer working on commercial and residential projects throughout Victoria.

The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to manage ongoing and recent projects for a permanent FULL TIME position.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the delivery of our product/service and reports directly to the Directors. They are responsible for the overall project delivery including:
Procurement of workshop drawings
Programming projects and forecasting work loads as well as production schedules
Monitoring workshop fabrication progress to ensure deadlines are met
Managing overall project quality
Solving issues that may arise
Managing project budgets
Coordination of site labour and equipment as required




Managing client relationships
Communicating with production manager and scheduling jobs in fabrication

About You: Experience in the construction industry including:
Possess relevant qualifications and experience
Proven background in delivering projects on time and within budget
Knowledge and experience reading structural and architectural drawings as well as shop drawings
Solid commitment to liaising with clients
Ability to lead a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office / emails
Drivers licence
White card preferred
