We're on the lookout for a Station Cook to join the team at Fort Constantine Station! Starting mid-October, you'll see out the rest of this season and settle into the kitchen, ready to hit the ground running for 2027

What you'll be doing

As our Station Cook, you'll be the heart of the station kitchen, whipping up delicious meals that fuel our team's spirit through the season. Your mission is to:
Plan and prepare appetising, balanced menus for all station meals
Cook for up to 25 people, including station staff, guests and contractors
Cater for station events and functions
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Keep a clean,



hygienic and organised kitchen that meets food safety standards

What you'll bring
Experience in a similar role, cooking for groups of up to 25
You are organised with excellent time management and an eye for detail in menu planning
You are a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a close-knit team
You are a food enthusiast eager to create wholesome, hearty meals
Handy with general maintenance and repairs? That's a bonus!
The ability to follow company Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures, and practise safe food hygiene
