Job Description

Charles Sturt University in Recent South Wales seeks a Workplace Relations Specialist to lead complex employee and industrial relations matters, reporting to the Director, Workplace Relations and Compliance. You will provide expert advice, lead case management and drive compliant outcomes across the University.

The role is full time, fixed-term up to 12 months at Level 8, offering a salary of $113,948 to $128,980 plus 17% superannuation, with generous leave provisions.
