Your duties will include:Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service that leaves guests smilingProcessing seamless guest check-ins and check-outsAccurately utilising the park booking system to manage reservations and accountsCoordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readinessProviding guests with helpful information about the property and local areas of interestCompleting day-to-day office administration with precision and efficiencyBuilding and maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guestsSupervising front office staff, including training, rostering,
and performance monitoringWhat We Look ForYou're a natural people-person with a passion for hospitality.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industryA genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesProficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking SystemOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidentlyStrong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detailAn enthusiastic, can-do attitude that energises those around youFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as requiredA current driver's licence (essential)Benefits to YouWe believe in rewarding our people.
