This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys driving business performance, developing high-performing teams and building strong customer relationships.If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact on both people and business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.Job DescriptionAs Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Brooklyn branch, ensuring the business achieves or exceeds sales, margin and operational targets.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team across sales, warehouse and branch operations while driving customer service excellence and business growth.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a high-performing branch teamManaging branch sales, profitability and operational performanceMonitoring sales and margin performance and implementing improvement strategiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customersIdentifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market shareManaging branch inventory, stock control and stocktakesOverseeing warehouse operations, safety and security standardsEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures and Work Health & Safety requirementsManaging branch administration, reporting, invoicing, banking and debtorsConducting regular team meetings,
