About the Role
We've got an exciting opportunity for an energetic & zealous Marketing Specialist to join our KFC team on ***** months parental leave cover.
The role of the Marketing Specialist is to drive sales, transactions and growth by supporting restaurants to execute national marketing activities and drive localised marketing programs and activity.

What you will be doing
Supporting the development of national marketing campaign creative and brand activations ensuring cut through, consistency to support of local stores
Develop and execute end to end, local store marketing plans, including recent store, remodel and distressed store plans, to drive store sales and transactions.
This includes paid media, local campaigns and in-store activations.




Liaise with sponsorship and community partners to plan and execute brand activations
Work with delivery partners to drive operational effectiveness and sales through the delivery channel
Monitor and report on brand and media performance, as well as post campaign reporting
Day to day liaison with creative and media agencies
Support internal stakeholders with ad-hoc marketing support
Developing and executing all customer facing communications in restaurant
About you
2-3 years' experience in marketing, communications or a similar role
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns within budget and to deadline
Experience working within brand guidelines to maintain consistency across channels
Experience briefing and coordinating creative and media agencies
Experience coordinating local area marketing programs, including events
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
High level of attention to detail
Highly developed and effective written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and energetic communication style
Previous experience analysing large sets of data to develop insight lead marketing plans that drive and support business decisions and strategies
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to develop effective relationships with various stakeholders to influence and deliver outcomes
Ability to multitask and work on multiple, simultaneous projects
Ability to be proactive, provide independent thinking and insights and offer thought leadership, taking ownership and accountability of areas of responsibility
