Based in New South Wales, we operate some of Sydney's leading event and hospitality venues, including Le Montage, Conca D'Oro, Oatlands House and Curzon Hall, along with a collection of bars and cafés.Casual – Kitchen Hands Wanted – Immediate StartWe are looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced Kitchen Hands to join our culinary teams across our Sydney venues.With our busy events and wedding season underway, we have a large number of shifts available, including long event shifts, evenings, weekends and peak-period work.This is a excellent opportunity for experienced Kitchen Hands who want to work plenty of hours and maximise their weekly earnings, with applicable weekend penalty rates and overtime rates paid in accordance with the applicable award and employment arrangements.Location: Le Montage – Lilyfield Conca D'Oro – Riverwood Oatlands House – Oatlands Curzon Hall – MarsfieldAbout the RoleWorking as part of a busy events kitchen, your responsibilities may include:
Assisting chefs with general kitchen duties
Washing and cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen




Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
Supporting chefs and the broader culinary team during busy service periods
Keeping kitchen areas clean and compliant with food safety standards
Assisting with receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies when required
Working efficiently as part of a high-volume events team
About YouTo be considered for this position, you:
Must have previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand in a commercial kitchen
Have experience in events, functions, catering, hotels, restaurants or other high-volume kitchens (desirable)
Are reliable, must turn up for shifts or will not be rostered to work again
Are comfortable working long shifts and busy service periods
Are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Must have valid working rights
Must currently be based in Sydney – applicants outside Sydney will not be considered
