As a technician, you'll receive training on advanced systems including millimetre radar, blind spot radar, forward-facing cameras, and 360-degree camera systems.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of calibration for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on vehicles, delivering accurate, efficient, and secure calibrations.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries, resolving complaints within 24 hours, and ensuring high customer satisfactionMaintain respectful handling of vehicles, accurate test drive records, and timely setup of new trade accountsPerform ADAS calibrations efficiently and to a high standard by following established processes, meeting daily calibration targets, and taking full ownership of each taskMaintain, store,



and handle calibration equipment responsibly, reporting any issues promptly to the Calibration Manager to ensure service continuity and qualityResearch OEM repair methods for ADAS systems and attach them to calibration reports in NatConnectAccurately complete calibration reports and documentation whilst following standard procedures for handling sensitive informationAdhere to company policies, WHS requirements, and secure storage procedures for all ADAS tools and equipment to support safety and complianceSupport the Branch Manager in growing the ADAS trade business by engaging with local collision repairers and automotive businessesComplete all required ADAS training and certifications while actively participating in industry forums and team meetings to stay up to date with the latest developments About YouCertificate or Diploma in Automotive Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or a related disciplineMinimum of 2 years' experience as an Auto Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, or OEM dealership technicianStrong background in vehicle diagnostics and calibration, or proven experience in a similar environmentADAS and EV related certifications from OEMs or equipment suppliers are highly regardedExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support business development activitiesProfessional presentation with a confident, customer-focused approachPositive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitudeProficient with Windows-based systemsStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations when requiredCurrent Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel locally Ready to Join Us?
