Berengarra is co-located with St George's Hospital in Kew and compliments a suite of existing St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne's residential facilities: Auburn House & Riverside House (each facility with 30 APMH beds); Cambridge House (30 bed mainstream facility); and Prague House (45 bed facility for people with a history of homelessness).

About the RoleThe Associate Nurse Unit Manager, in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager, will administer and manage the professional and operational resources of the unit.
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager, under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, will be responsible for providing mentoring and leadership across the unit and care team.
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager will support and assist the Nurse Unit Manager in achieving specific Key Performance Indicators.Classifications for this position will range from classification range YW11 – YW12 ($97,770 - $101,056 per annum).

Extensive experience in nursing providing patient centered care is essentialYou can demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills, including ability to direct, enthuse, motivate, support and encourageYou can demonstrate highly developed interpersonal, communication skills, including sound oral and writing skills that allow for effective communication with residents,
