The restaurant is known for its high-quality ingredients, creative menu, and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.About the RoleTanuki Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead its front-of-house operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily service, managing staff, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience.Key Responsibilities Organise and control the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and service quality; Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management; Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times; Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner; Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow; Manage reservations, seating arrangements,



and overall service coordination; Monitor operational costs, including labour and stock usage; Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations; Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the venue in line with business standards; Contribute to improving operational procedures and overall business performance.
About You At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role; Strong leadership and team management capabilities; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment; Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; Experience with POS systems and staff rostering; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Employment Details Position: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
