DescriptionIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management, schedule services, answer phone calls, and complete safety compliance admin, including JSO'sSupport the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workloadProvide world-class service to our well-established customer baseArrange training and keep accurate records for technicians Utilise your solid verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactiveHeavily customer-focused roleResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role, you will need the following: Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or service support role.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
