Description
The Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our Labrador showroom on a permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the Store Manager,



you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth across our premium range of tiles, hard flooring, bathroomware and renovation solutions.
You'll build strong relationships with homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers, helping them bring their projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable showroom experiences
Actively generate sales through consultation, product recommendations and relationship building
Prepare quotations, process sales and follow up customer enquiries
Build and maintain relationships with retail and trade customers
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Develop strong product knowledge across our entire range
Support store operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Skills And Experiences
About You
Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
A passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional experiences
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
Professional, positive and team-oriented approach
Experience within the building, renovation, flooring, interiors or home improvement industries will be highly regarded
