Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) invites applications for an Assistant Functions & Events Manager in the Food & Beverage Department, based at Caulfield Racecourse.
This full time permanent role oversees race day and non-race day events, coordinating function logistics and staff.
You will work with sales and event managers to meet client needs, train and mentor staff, ensure RSA compliance and high service standards, and manage casual rosters.
