Job Description
Tallangatta Health Service invites applications for a Health Care Worker in our My Community Home Care (MCHC) team.
You will provide person-centred care to help consumers live independently at home across north-east Victoria.
This onsite role operates Monday to Friday with no weekend work.
A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one is required; a current Driver's Licence is essential.
