Discovery Parks – Renmark Riverfront
Discovery Parks – Renmark Riverfront is nestled along the breathtaking Murray River in South Australia.

The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Front Office Supervisors to be the warm, welcoming face of our park.

Duties
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service that leaves guests smiling
Processing seamless guest check-ins and check-outs
Accurately utilising the park booking system to manage reservations and accounts
Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
Providing guests with helpful information about the property and local areas of interest
Completing day-to-day office administration with precision and efficiency
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Supervising front office staff, including training, rostering, and performance monitoring
What We Look For
Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently
Robust organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
An enthusiastic, can-do attitude that energises those around you
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required
A current driver's licence (essential)
