Role: ServiceNow Onsite Developer /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
/n Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders. /n
/n Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform. /n
/n Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports. /n
/n Perform unit testing and support UAT activities. /n
/n Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements. /n
/n Work closely with offshore development and support teams. /n
/n Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project discussions. /n /n /n Required Skills /n /n
/n 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. /n
/n Hands-on experience with ITSM and Service Catalog modules. /n
/n Knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations. /n
/n Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. /n
/n Experience working in Agile delivery settings. /n /n /n Preferred /n /n
/n ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). /n
/n ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). /n
/n Experience with ITOM /n
