Job Description

Castle Hill Aged Care Home in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part time/casual, in office position. You will assess residents, plan care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage chronic conditions and respond to acute events with solid documentation.

You will also supervise care staff, coordinate with health professionals, communicate with families, and support infection and falls prevention plus quality improvement initiatives.
