Key responsibilities
Manage workshop workflow and scheduling
Lead a team of marine technicians
Quote and manage service jobs
Communicate with customers on repairs and timelines
Coordinate parts and ensure productive turnaround
About you
Marine industry experience preferred
Knowledge of outboard engines (Mercury experience advantageous)
Robust organisational and leadership skills
