About the Role

A senior leadership opportunity for an experienced FANZCA-qualified Anaesthetist to lead a well-established anaesthesia service within a busy regional hospital. The role combines hands-on clinical practice with departmental leadership, clinical governance and service development.

You will provide strategic direction, mentor medical staff, drive quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to broader hospital leadership while delivering high-quality anaesthetic care across a wide-ranging case mix.

Candidate Profile
FANZCA with Specialist (or eligible) registration with AHPRA
Robust clinical leadership and governance experience
Commitment to education, mentoring and continuous improvement
