Zoom Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a globally renowned sports brand for their distribution center in Ravenhall!

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable LO Operators to join a state-of-the-art, highly automated distribution facility.

n

This isn't your typical warehouse!
n You'll be working in a modern facility featuring:

A clean, modern, and highly organized warehouse environment

SHIFTS AVAILABLE n

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
n Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
n Pay rates starting from $38 per hour

THE ROLE n

As an LO Operator, you will be responsible for order picking and warehouse operations across both commercial business and direct-to-customer orders.

Your duties will include: n

n
Operating LO order picker safely and efficiently
n
Picking stock accurately from warehouse locations
n
Moving and replenishing stock
n
Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
n




Maintaining a protected and organized work area
n
Following all site safety and operational procedures
n

YOU MUST HAVE nn
Current and valid LO license
n
Minimum 6 months' LO operating experience with ability to successfully complete and pass LO driving assessment
n
Previous order picking/warehouse experience
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Reliable transport and excellent attendance
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Robust commitment to workplace health & safety
n

PR-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS nn
Successful applicants must be able to:
n
Provide a clear Police Check issued within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one
n
Successfully complete Drug & Alcohol testing
n
Successfully complete a physical assessment
n
Successfully complete the required LO assessment
n
