Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical care to residents across our aged care homes in Queensland.
You will contribute to assessments, care plans, and family communication.
You will ensure accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, lead Personal Care Workers, and support a holistic team approach.
A Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration are required, along with solid computer skills and weekend AM availability.
