Job Description
IDP Education is seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner for an 8-9 month fixed-term contract in Melbourne.
You will partner with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management and change initiatives in a global organisation.
You'll join a high-performing People Experience team with a hybrid work model (3 days in the Melbourne office, 2 days versatile) and exposure to senior leadership.
