Job Description
Sonnell Hospitality seeks a Gaming Manager for the Australian Hotel & Brewery in Rouse Hill.
This role leads the gaming room daily, ensuring guest experience, compliance and teamwork within a energetic venue.
Key duties include managing bar, gaming and TAB operations, supervising staff, and upholding cash control and procedures.
RSA/RCG/ARCG and police check are required as part of due diligence.
