We're currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Full Time Jewellery Buyer & Sales Assistant to join our team.
Your Role
This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
Buying and providing loans on gold jewellery
Prior knowledge of gold valuation and jewellery assessment is preferred but not essential
Selling jewellery using excellent interpersonal and selling skills
Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and long-term business goals
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy, and eager to grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of face-to-face sales experience
Face-to-face sales experience specifically in jewellery or precious metals is required
A friendly, approachable personality and a positive attitude
Australian work rights or valid visa to work in Australia
Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
A desire for long-term involvement in a growing business
An honest, dependable, and professional approach to work
The flexibility and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in jewellery buying or retail sales
