SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | PORT PHILLIP | $80K-$85K + SUPER An established and growing Property Management business is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team following the recent acquisition of an established rent roll.

You’ll manage approximately 150 properties across Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs, with dedicated support across routine inspections, entries and exits.

The structure is designed to give you the time and resources to focus on your portfolio, landlord relationships and delivering a high level of service.

THE PAY:
$80,000 - $85,000 + super
Flexibility for the right candidate

THE DAYS / HOURS:
Monday to Friday
1-in-4 Saturdays
Time in lieu provided for Saturday work

THE ROLE:

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 150 properties, managing the day-to-day requirements while working alongside dedicated support staff.

Your responsibilities will include
Managing the end-to-end property management process
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinating maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters




Managing day-to-day portfolio requirements
Working closely with dedicated routine inspection, entry and exit resources
Ensuring properties are maintained and managed to a high standard
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing a high level of communication and service to landlords and tenants

THE APPLICANT:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong knowledge of end-to-end property management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Solid attention to detail
The ability to confidently manage your own portfolio
A team-focused approach while being comfortable working independently
A current Agent Representative Certificate
Proficient in: PropertyME, IRE, Inspection Express
