We're looking for a Logistics Manager who can take a very capable team from good to great, while shaping logistics operations that support our growing, fast-moving and sustainability-focused business.
The opportunity
This is a leadership role with real impact - coaching, developing and empowering your team while shaping logistics operations that support a growing, fast-moving business.
You'll lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and robust partnerships across the supply chain.

What you'll be doing
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing logistics team, building capability and confidence
Take the team from positive to outstanding, embedding clear expectations, strong rhythms and a continuous improvement mindset
Plan and manage logistics operations that support Huon's sustainable aquaculture operations,



ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery
Work closely with front-line farming and processing teams, Tasmanian corporate stakeholders and our global sales team
Partner with freight providers to optimise service, manage risk and support continuity
Use data and insights to drive performance improvements and smarter decision-making
Lead change across systems, processes and ways of working as Huon continues to scale
