The role n
n
You will manage a portfolio of clients and supervise a team of four accountants. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Acting as a key contact for clients and providing practical accounting, tax and business advice.
n
Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and other compliance work.
n
Advising clients on tax planning, business structures, cash flow, budgets and business performance.
n
Planning and allocating work, reviewing quality and keeping client deadlines on track.
n
Coaching and mentoring team members, providing technical guidance and constructive feedback.
n
Working closely with the firm’s leadership on complex client matters and opportunities to improve client service.
n
About you n
n
You will be CA or CPA qualified and have similar management experience in another Australian public practice accounting firm . You’ll bring solid business services and tax knowledge, confidence in managing client relationships, and a genuine interest in leading and developing accountants.
