About the Role
As a Prospector, you'll be on the frontline of our growth — generating current business, connecting with homeowners, and keeping our pipeline thriving. Your day-to-day will include:
Making high-volume outbound calls to property owners and potential sellers
Letterbox dropping & door knock
Prospecting and identifying new listing opportunities
Assisting with OFI's
Updating and managing client information in our CRM
Conducting follow-up calls and nurturing long-term relationships
Assisting with appraisal preparation and database management
Hitting (and smashing!) daily and weekly prospecting KPIs
Participating in coaching, training, and team development
About You
You're confident, energetic, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — and you love talking to people.
You'll bring:
Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
A Certificate of Registration and driver's licence plus access to a car
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude
A genuine interest in property and long-term growth opportunities
