The Role
Reporting into the CFO, the role includes:
completion and ownership of all direct and indirect taxes including income tax, GST, FBT, stamp duty and land tax
oversight and management of the trust distribution review process to investors including the preparation of fund statements and annual tax returns
advising the Board and Executive team in relation to any tax law or policy change that may impact the business
manage tax due diligence and structuring in relation to M&A; transactions
assist with responses to regulatory inquiries and submissions
proactively manage tax risks
work with external tax advisors
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent tax qualification
10 + years or tax experience
some property development industry experience
robust communication and interpersonal skills
