Westhaven is seeking a permanent, Full-Time Team Leader to join our Wagga Wagga team.
We need an accountable, effective leader to guide our local workforce and help us provide high-quality support across the region.

The Role
Balance: Split your week effectively with 2 days working on the floor alongside clients and 3 days focused on admin and leadership duties.
Empower: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Support Workers to deliver consistent, safe care.
Quality: Ensure effective administrative processes, including quality reporting, planning and record-keeping.
Drive: Manage performance and utilize your experience to nurture an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
What You Need
Experience:



Proven leadership background managing teams in complex care, behaviours of concern, and mental health.
Skills: High emotional intelligence, robust negotiation, and advanced conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility: Ability to successfully manage the dual expectations of hands-on support & administrative oversight.
Compliance: NSW Driver's Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR, plus a pre-employment Police Check.
