Towong Shire Council in regional Victoria is seeking a agile Area Manager (Early Years) to lead four early years centres and council offices. You won't need prior experience in early childhood education; our Centre Managers will cover that aspect.

You will coach Centre Managers, foster inclusive, high-performing teams, travel regionally with a council pool car, and contribute to cutting-edge policies while ensuring compliance.
