Sydney · Full time · In office/hybrid /n /n Self-serve consumers and enterprise seats run through the same billing and activation paths. This role owns the money and the funnel. /n What you'll do/n /n
/n Build and own monetisation: plans, paywalls, subscriptions, credit and usage metering, auto top-up, access control and revenue share. /n
/n Own onboarding and activation end to end — signup, first task, first genuine result — and the experiments that improve them. /n
/n Build the analytics and experimentation foundations: events, funnels, attribution and A/B tests, so decisions come from data rather than opinion. /n
/n Work directly with payment providers and their failure modes: declines, webhooks, disputes and platform-specific quirks. /n /n What we're looking for/n /n
/n 3–5+ years full-stack with shipped experience in payments, subscriptions or growth surfaces. /n
/n TypeScript/React and Python, plus SQL fluency — you can answer your own funnel question. /n
/n Comfort owning a metric, not only a backlog. /n
